UltraPath XXI Abstract and E-Poster Submissions – Instructions to Authors.

Please note: There is no facility at the conference for exhibiting printed posters.

The deadline for E-Posters has passed, and no further E-posters will be accepted. Abstracts for platform presentations will be accepted. All submissions are eligible for publication in our affiliated Ultrastructural Pathology journal. All submitted E-Posters are eligible to win a $500 award.

Instructions for Abstracts

1. Abstracts should not exceed 250 words.
2. Abstracts must be in English
3. Underline the presenting author only. Do not include titles or degrees.
4. Include your institution / affiliation and country.
5. Figures (maximum of one)
6. References.

Instructions for E-Posters

1. E-Posters to be submitted as a PDF file
2. Portrait orientation, A3 size, 297mm wide x 420 mm height
3. Maximum file size shall not exceed 5MB
4. Avoid dark backgrounds as they are hard to read on screen
5. We advise constructing the poster in PowerPoint or similar presentation software, set the page size to A3, orientation to portrait, export as pdf
6. Please email your poster to John.Brealey@sa.gov.au (because this website is unable to upload pdf files)
